Recent Events:
October 6th, 2006 | Track: March of Dimes/SCCA PDE at Road America |
March 9th, 2006 | G-Tech: Initial Runs |
Background Info:
- 2005 Toyota 4Runner Sport
- 4.7 liter dohc 32v V-8: 270bhp @ 5400rpm, 320lb-ft torque @ 3400rpm
- 4530 pounds curb weight
- 5 speed automatic transmission, AWD with locking differentials
- P265/65R17 monster truck tires
The current estimated output is 264bhp @ 5000rpm, and 311lb-ft torque @ 4100rpm. Both of those figures are spot-on the rated power output, although the RPMs may be a bit off since the G-Tech had trouble detecting perfectly. Also, the torque peak/RPM figure is high since the auto transmission won't allow a full dyno-style power run.
Modifications:
- A stick-on compass to the rearview mirror.
- Flowery air vent freshener (AKA passenger scent blaster)
Planned modifications for the near future are:
- Ummm... wash and wax it?
