This is the new Lexus IS-F. Start with the standard Lexus IS but put in a 400+ bhp V-8. Add brakes, tires, and hotter bodywork, and bang! $55K is gone in a flash.

The Lexus LF-A. If a 400+ bhp sedan doesn't turn your crank, how does a 500+ bhp V-10 roadster sound?

Yes, Virginia, there really IS a Santa Claus... and he drives this car. The Roader -- *zero* top available -- means throwing the sack of toys in the second seat is a snap.

The LF-A clearly shows that Lexus is not being timid with this $100K+ supercar. The car had the same displacement, number of cylinders, and power as the Lamborghini Gallardo!

And, let's face it, it's far more pretty. Those flowing curves are stunning.

You can see the rear of the LF-A has a lot of interesting bits. L-shaped taillights, rear diffusor grills, and three exhaust pipes. Yes, I know 10 cylinders don't go into three evenly. Perhaps they lost one?

Note the speed-sensitive rear wing rising above the rear deck. It's a handy indicator that you've reached ticketable speeds.
