The June Blackhawk Farms Video is now available!

After pulling in videos from three separate in-car (and suction-cupped on car) cameras, the June Blackhawk Farms video is complete. Some of the driving between Damian and Rick was so close that an expanded video called Damian and Rick: The Duel! has also been created. Please check them out in the Track area, and enjoy!

All 2009 videos are now online, and the 2009 DVD is available!

It's done! All of the videos from 2009 are now online via Streetfire.net, in the same calendar year as the events! :-) Go ahead and check all the new 2009 content appearing on the site including write-ups, photos, and of course the videos. You can find them in the Track area.

If you'd rather watch all the craziness from your living room couch, the 2009 Racing Season DVD is also available, with two and a half hours of content packed into one dual-layer DVD. If you're interested in a copy the DVD, please drop us a line.

Finally, we also have some photos from a driving trip that Tom took in his new Audi TT Roadster.  Check out the short story and photo gallery on the site.

All of the event write-ups for 2009 and the June Blackhawk Farms video are now online!

Although late, this year's track event write-ups are now up, and it's even the same year as they occurred! We have six events this year and some mix of info, pictures, and videos from each one. We also have the June Blackhawk Farms video online, so check out the Track area for more information.

The rest of the season's videos will be posted before the end of the year, and then the 2009 Racing Season DVD will be available shortly thereafter - so stay tuned! If you're interested in a copy the DVD, please drop us a line.

July 23rd, 2009:

All 2008 videos are now online, and the 2008 DVD is available!

Last year's videos got caught up in personal and technical delays, but these have been resolved and the 2008 videos are now online via Streetfire.net. Google video is no longer accepting uploads, and YouTube is too restrictive on video size, so all the videos have been moved over. You can also find some new 2009 content appearing on the site (since we're halfway through the year... sigh.) Check out the Track area for more information.

The 2008 Racing Season DVD is also available, with nearly two hours of content packed into one dual-layer DVD covering the whole of 2008's events. If you're interested in a copy the DVD, please drop us a line.

May 14th, 2009:

G-Tech Testing Mayhem returns to the RRC website!

Although last year we didn't have any G-Tech (drag racing) events, this year we're not going to fall down again. So far we have Rick's G35 getting tested before and after two intake plenum changes, and also a bunch of tests of Rob's Impala SS as he winds up and installs a half-dozen engine modifications. Who will spend more? Who will get more power? Who will stop this endless chain of questions?!

If that wasn't enough, and clearly it was, we also have a brand-new carpetitor: Jake with his 2008 Subaru WRX! It looks like a very good G-Tech year, so check out the 2009 Drag-racing section, and enjoy.

April 6th, 2009:

The 2009 RRC Calendar is here!

In the quest to spend more money on car stuff , the 2009 Redline Race Club Calendar is available! The calendar has this year's autocross, driving, and miscellaneous events set up on it. All you have to do is register, login, and then add each event to your calendar if you plan on attending. You will automatically be reminded if there are any changes to the event, or when the event gets close. Please check it out, and sign up right away!

September 22nd, 2008:

Gingerman and Blackhawk Farms Videos and Pictures are now available!

Once again, after some delays the videos and pictures from one Gingerman and two Blackhawk Farms driving events are online. The major delay was getting access to a slick new program called BS4TV by Mike Meier. This software allows a much prettier display of G-Tech data, requires less of my time, and has much more future potential than the process I had created. So, go ahead and check out info for the track events listed above - and enjoy!

Of course, those videos being complete means I can start working on the Road America video. We again are treated to Eric handling the camera duties, and the DVD will include the above videos plus a few extra baubles. There should also be at least one or two G-Tech reviews yet before the snow flies... stay tuned!

January 26th, 2008:

The North American International Auto Show (NAIAS) pictures are online!

We have attended the first event of the 2008 season: NAIAS. Damian and Rick drove to Detroit and took in hundreds of cars over a full Saturday, and took hundreds of pictures. About 200 of the best ones are available on the website, so check it out!

As always, remember to use the RRC Calendar to sign up for events. Perhaps we'll see you there next trip?

December 17th, 2007:

Road America 2007 DVDs, writeup, pictures are all burned and online!

The new Road America 2007 DVD has been burned, distributed, and the main video is online at Google Video. Please check out the write-up of the event, take a look at the pictures, and for heaven's sake join us next year! You can't beat a day at the track.

As always, thanks to Eric, Jamie, and Jennifer for the videos and photos that took up so much of my time to edit -- and give many of us more hours of enjoyment!

August 24th, 2007:

Gingerman Video, Pictures, and DVD now available!

After some technical (and automotive! look here) delays, the Gingerman 2007 video is now available. You can see the entire video in online format, or ask for the DVD which includes some other goodies as well. Please check out the write-up and video here for more information.

June 13th, 2007:

Gingerman Driving Event info, and trip to Great Lakes Dragaway!

Well, the first driving event of the season has been completed; Gingerman Raceway. It was great! The video is coming soon -- there have been some technical delays -- but should be available very soon.

In the mean time, Chad's 1996 Corvette went for a G-Tech run with astounding results -- the thing is so stiff the G-Tech couldn't be 100% accurate -- so we went to Great Lakes Dragaway and raced the 'Vette and G35, while dialing in the G-Tech! Check out the write-up and video here!

The 2007 RRC Calendar is here!

After a flurry of emails and a lot of putzing with some calendar software, the 2007 Redline Race Club Calendar is available! The calendar has this year's autocross, driving, and miscellaneous events set up on it. All you have to do is register, login, and then add each event to your calendar if you plan on attending. You will automatically be reminded if there are any changes to the event, or when the event gets close. Please check it out!

The calendar software is called WebCalendar, which is open source and free but also rather, umm, complex. Please let me know what you think of it, or if you run across any bugs. I appreciate it!

April 3rd, 2007:

Gingerman Driving Event, and the first G-Tech of the season.

It looks like the first driving event we'll be going to will be Gingerman on July 4th. Please make sure you've signed up for the event on the web calendar, and also register with CGI and make hotel arrangements as necessary. Are you interested in coming along and spectating, if not driving? You'd enjoy it, and we're also looking for help with the video camera!

Also, the first G-Tech of the season occurred on March 7th: a 2007 Infiniti G35 Sedan (AWD, auto) with the new 306bhp V-6 made a circuit of test site north. Check out the writeup, and enjoy!

Finally, the Skip Barber autocrossing event has been properly written up and video-edited. Check out the writeup and video here.

All videos are now online!

All videos of dragstrip and track events are now online, including the Road America 2006 video. They're fastest if you stream them off of Google Video, but most smaller videos can also be downloaded in WMV format to save offline.
